Tandoori Chicken

Before I cook the chicken, I marinated it in yogurt and seasoned it with tandoori masala for a couple of hours. The chicken was hot and good with rice.

Do you prepare your tandoori masala? or do you buy it already prepared ? I love tandoori taste (at the restaurant), but when I try to do it at home with prepared tandoori sauce.. I don't like it !!

I used "Asian Home Gourmet Indian Tandoori Tikka". I mixed a paste from the package with some yogurt. I'm wondering if you use the same brand.
