Lemon Squares
I baked lemon squares today. A crust was made from flour, wheat germ, butter, sugar and salt. I used 3 lemons and 3 eggs in the filling. This time, I used a different recipe from when I baked it before. The difference was that I cooked the lemon filling in a pot and poured it over the crust. I then put some powdered sugar on top. I loved the squares tangy deliciousness.
