Today is White Day, when men give romantic gifts to women. This is the second half of Valentine's Day in Japan since only women give gifts on Valentine's Day. It is kind of the commercialization of Valentine's day in Japan but we do it since we live here. My husband made brunch for me today.
It was not only regular french toast that he made. He fried two pieces of french toast in a pan with banana slices between them and then baked them in an oven. It was really good. I like the taste of hot french toast, malted banana, cinnamon, icing sugar, maple syrup and strawberries all together.
