Two Lemon Marmalade Cakes
My lemon marmalade is slightly bitter. I like the marmalade on toast with milk tea for breakfast. Today, I use the marmalade for a cake. I cut it and mixed it into a simple cake. The cake was OK but not wonderful.
I was curious if I could make it a different way. I decided to bake one more cake. I used my food processor to mince my marmalade into a paste. I also added more marmalade into this cake than the previous cake. My second cake was worse than the previous cake. It was too moist and bitter. I regretted following my curiosity but I still ate it.
