Chapchae

Since returning from Korea, I've wanted to cook some of the dishes that I ate while I was there. Today, I individually fried some beef, noodles, onions, carrots, spinach, mushrooms with sesame oil and salt and then mix all of them together. I liked it and so did Andrew.

My dear, sorry if I haven't said anything in your blog, but I'm in Montréal without internet and even if I could read your post, I've never had the time to write something and in the coffee shops with free WiFi is sometimes forbidden to entry in your site, I don't still know why .. anyway, I keep reading and I love it.

Ayako, it looks perfect.
We use Soyu for delicious-looking colors of Chapche. I think tast is pretty good but next time use some Soyu instead of half amount of salt

I will do that next time. Thanks for your advice!
