Sparkling Strawberry Sake
Today is our wedding aniversary. We made a toast with sparkling strawberry sake from the local sake brewer. The Hananomai brewer also has an original flavor and melon. They are all good.

Pineapple Vinegar Syrup
The strawberry vinegar syrup is almost finished. I made another syrup today. I chose a pineapple.
The ingredients were one pineapple, along with the same amount each of vinegar and rock sugar. It will take a week to become syrup.

Strawberry Vinegar Syrup
We tried some peach vinegar drink at a store last week and we like it very much. It seemed easy to make fruit vinegar drink. I tried to make it with strawberry. I mixed strawberries, rock sugar and rice vinegar in a glass bottle.
I mixed the vinegar with some water. The drink had a refreshing sour taste.
I bottled the strawberries too. I might use them for cooking.
The next day, I had the strawberries with yogurt.Tuesday, March 16, 2010
Korean Traditional Tea
I like Korean traditional tea. They have many different delicious flavors such as ginger, pear, dried persimmon, plum, dates, citron, quince, cinnamon, rice, etc. I had a chance to visit my favorite cafe in Insadong area again. My first time there was when I went to Seoul in 2005. These pictures below are from a card from the cafe.
